Crock Pot Challenge!!!

At Native Roots Market ♦ 132 West Main St

Here are this year's categories:

• Pretty Crock = best presentation 
• Far-Out Crock = best ethnic dish
• One of a Crock = most unique dish
• Sloppy Crock = messiest dish
• Hot Crock = spiciest dish
• Wise Crock = healthiest dish
• CREAM OF THE CROCK! = best overall dish

Winners are chosen by a vote of the people!

Ballots are $8 in advance, and $10 at the door.* Ballots will go on sale at Native Roots Market the week before the event.

Purchase of a ballot entitles you to taste any or all of the dishes and vote on your favorites, plus 2 complimentary beverages from the Brewhouse.

*All proceeds benefit Dreamer Concepts Studio (www.dreamerconcepts.org) a non-profit arts organization located in Downtown Norman. Dreamer is a non-profit arts gallery whose mission is to provide opportunities for new and emerging artists in our community.  We feel that Dreamer's mission is similar to ours at Native Roots Market of provide opportunities for local farmers and artisan food producers. Both organizations embrace and promote the concept of buying locally, whether it's food or art!

Contest rules:
1. All dishes must be cooked entirely in a crock pot.
2. All contestants must supply their own crock pot and appropriate serving utensil.
3. Entry form submission deadline is Feb. 24th (there is no cost to enter).
4. Please disclose ingredients for those with food sensitivities (you don’t have to share your secret recipe).
5. One entry per person please

Prizes: 

• All contestants will receive a Dreamer t-shirt and a $20 gift certificate to Native Roots Market.
  
• Winners of the first 6 categories will receive an additional $25 gift certificate.
• The Cream of the Crock will receive a $100 gift certificate and eternal glory!
  
• The Cream of the Crock will be forever immortalized on our What A Crock plaque that hangs prominently at Native Roots Market!
• Note, it is possible to win multiple categories.
