Our local offerings include seasonal produce picked fresh from Oklahoma farms; a variety of meats raised the old-fashioned way including certified-organic beef, black-angus beef, pork, chicken, buffalo, and lamb; locally roasted coffee; honey; mustards; jams and jellies; pickled vegetables and relishes; fresh baked bread; hormone-free dairy; salsas; and much more representing over 70 artisan food producers from across our state.

You’ll also find a great selection of organic staples such as fine oils and vinegars, pastas, cereals, canned goods, juices, teas, bulk foods, and snacks. At our spice bar, we feature over 120 spices in bulk and create fresh spice blends in house. We also carry environmentally friendly cleaning supplies, paper products, pet food, beauty and wellness products.

Savory. Spicy. Sweet.

Savory. Spicy. Sweet.

With our vast spice collection, we truly have all the flavors.

Traditional Jerk Seasoning. True to Jamaican roadside standards - this is a very spicy and sweet blend that has been used by local chefs - and also given a thumbs-up from Jamaican ex-patriots! Although you would need wood from an allspice tree to make it completely authentic, you can use this seasoning to make some of the best jerk chicken or pork this side of the Gulf of Mexico. Besides grilled chicken and pork, this blend can be used with rice or other side dishes, it can become a paste with some olive oil or water, used as a marinade, or even used to season a cold chicken salad. We've used it in a cold turkey salad with great success at our deli! Jerk-seasoned chicken wings are also popular for spice lovers.
Our non-Americanized recipe includes Brown Sugar, Peppercorns, Thyme, Allspice, Coriander, Green Onion, and Habanero.
Uses: Grilled, roasted, and pan-fried chicken or pork. Rice and veggie dishes. Cold salads made with poultry. Marinades. Soups (poultry, seafood, or veggie).
